Alexandra Gerungan Speaks at the 7th Annual International Arbitration, Regulatory & Competition Law Summit

General counsels, in-house counsels, and heads of compliance and risk officials gathered last 24 October 2018 in South Korea for the 7th Annual International Arbitration, Regulatory & Competition Law Global Summit.

Topics on the program by experts include international and local arbitration, shareholder and stakeholder disputes, private equity and M&A disputes, mediation, cartels, managing internal investigations, merger control, and leniency, among others. Our Partner, Alexandra Gerungan, discussed “Shareholder and Stakeholder Disputes for Local and International Companies in Asia”. She was also one of the panelists in the ‘Ask the Experts’ section of the summit, where they tackled Expedited Procedures in International Arbitration. Our associate Towy Aryanosa joined her as a summit participant.
