Together We Can: M&T's Call for Inclusion and Diversity

Today would have been a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the World Down Syndrome Day -- an event that is close to our hearts as we have been working with Center of Hope ISDI for over a year. Even though we have to cancel the event we had prepared to celebrate this, we would still want to invite you to equip and empower people with disabilities to help them become independent and overcome their insecurities. As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, and as it is firmly rooted in our longstanding tradition of embracing family, we will continue to work towards promoting social change.

For those of us with the means to help, we hope you heed our call to support these children and make their and their families' dreams come true -- simply by opening your doors to them and giving them a chance to show that they can also be productive members of the society. These will truly make a difference in their lives, and will also make a difference in ours.

In the meantime, let us unlock our ability to be resilient in the face of difficulties. We wish everyone of you good health and good energy.
