Drew Network Asia (DNA) Symposium 2024

As a member of Drew Network Asia (DNA), a well respected consortium comprising leading law firms across Southeast Asia, we have the privilege of operating as a unified force, blending international perspectives with local expertise.

In March, we actively participated in the DNA Symposium titled "Unlocking ASEAN: Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges," hosted by Drew & Napier of Singapore. This insightful event, held on Friday, 22 March 2024, in the JW Marriott South Beach, Singapore, attracted over 400 distinguished guests, speakers, and DNA partners, both in-person and virtually.

Our Managing Partner, maria sagrado, alongside Partners Rahayu Ningsih Hoed, Lia Alizia, Vincent Ariesta Lie, and Frederick Simandjuntak, served as panelists, contributing their insights on various topics such as exploring investment opportunities in Southeast Asia, navigating M&As, addressing BEPS 2.0 challenges, understanding fundraising opportunities and challenges, and engaging in a conversation with GCs to overcome cross-border obstacles. The discussions were thought-provoking, and the networking sessions facilitated meaningful connections, resonating with the vibrant atmosphere of the event.

We were privileged to host Mr. Rino Donosepoetro, Cluster CEO for Indonesia and ASEAN Markets at Standard Chartered Bank as one of our guest speakers. His contributions provided valuable perspectives on the business and investment climate in ASEAN.
