M&T x BritCham x SIAC Seminar: Challenges in Arbitration Enforcement: Insights from Singapore and Indonesia

On June 13, 2024, we gathered at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta in Jakarta for an insightful event titled "Challenges in Arbitration Enforcement: Insights from Singapore and Indonesia," a collaboration between Makarim & Taira S., BritCham Indonesia and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

The event kicked off with welcoming remarks from Chris Wren, the Executive Director of BritCham, and maria sagrado, the Managing Partner of Makarim & Taira S. Their introductions set the stage for a compelling panel discussion.

Our distinguished panelists included:

Moderated by Harris Toengkagie, a Partner at Makarim & Taira S., the panel explored:

- the Singaporean perspective on enforcing arbitration awards;
- the Indonesian perspective on enforcing arbitration awards;
